My Story
I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist with 16 years of experience in both the NHS and private sector.
After graduating with a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2008, I worked at the Countess of Chester Hospital, completing rotations in all core areas of Physiotherapy practice, including Cardiorespiratory and Critical Care, Musculoskeletal, Orthopaedics, Neurology and Complex Rehabilitation.
In 2012 I transferred to the Royal Liverpool & Broadgreen Hospitals as a Senior Physiotherapist in Inpatient Rehabilitation, where I began specialist training in Cardiorespiratory and Critical Care practice.
After 3 years in this role I then had the opportunity in 2015 to move to Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to take the position of Head of Inpatient Physiotherapy and Clinical Lead for Respiratory, Critical Care and Cardiology Therapies at Mediclinic City Hospital.
During this time I gained an MSc in Advanced Cardiorespiratory Studies at University College London, graduating in 2022 and completing my training as a Clinical Speciality Cardiorespiratory Physiotherapist.
After 9 years practicing in Dubai I returned to the UK in 2023 and to the Countess of Chester Hospital where I began my most recent role as Advanced Cardiorespiratory and Critical Care Physiotherapist.
